If you are using the Website on behalf of a healthcare institution or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such institution or organization to these Terms.
User Accounts: a. In order to access certain features and services of the Website, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. b. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account. c. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities on the Website.
Services and Offer Posting: a. The Website provides a platform for healthcare professionals to post offers of their services, referred to as “Bid” or "Bids,” and apply to jobs posted by healthcare institutions. b. Healthcare professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their Bids, including their qualifications, experience, and any other relevant details. c. Healthcare institutions are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating the Bids, conducting any necessary background checks, and making hiring decisions. The Company does not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any Bids or job postings on the Website.
Bids Expiration and Renewal: a. Bids posted by healthcare professionals on the Website will be available for a duration of 90 calendar days. b. Agora will notify the User prior to the expiration of their Bid, giving the User the option to either retain or remove their post. c. In the event that the User informs Agora to remove the Bid or fails to respond to the notification by the expiration date, the Bid will be removed within the first 24 hours after expiration. d. Should the User choose to retain the Bid, it will be automatically renewed for an additional 90 calendar days. e. Agora may send follow-up emails or make calls to Users to ensure the platform remains as updated as possible and to assist with any necessary renewals. f. Users have the option to notify Agora at any time if they wish to remove their posted Bid. Such notifications can be sent to support@agora-health.com. j. Agora commits to removing the Bid after receiving the User's notification.
Job Offer Browsing (JobTube Use): a. Users have the privilege to browse through job offers presented by Institutions, encompassing hospitals, healthcare facilities, and similar entities, that have vacant positions.
Application Process: a. To apply for a specific job offer, Users are required to provide their contact information, including email and/or phone number.
Institution's Decision and Contact Release: a. Upon receiving a User's application, Agora initiates a procedure where the respective Institution is informed about the User's interest. b. If the Institution indicates interest in the job application and covers the fee for obtaining the candidate's contact details, Agora will provide the Institution with the contact information and inform the candidate accordingly. This ensures that the candidate remains alert for any communication (such as calls or emails) from the prospective employer.
Confidentiality and release of contact Information: Upon submission of a Curriculum Vitae (CV) during the creation of a Bid or a job application on our website, the candidate's CV will undergo modifications to safeguard personal and contact details, ensuring anonymity from potential employers. This confidential information will only be revealed to employers who express interest in the candidate's Bid or job profile. To access this information, employers are required to pay a designated fee for the release of contact details. The candidate will be promptly notified of the employer's interest, and the pertinent institutions, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and recruiters, will establish direct communication with the candidate following the successful fee payment. This process aims to prioritize the candidate's privacy and ensure a secure and transparent interaction between employers and potential employees on our platform.
Responsibility for Contact Information Release: a. Agora assumes sole responsibility for providing the contact information to the respective healthcare institution as part of the application and communication process. b. Agora may or may not verify the veracity of the information provided by the User. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure the accuracy of the contact information to facilitate effective communication between the healthcare institution and the candidate.
Contact Information Usage: a. Agora may use the User's provided contact information, including email and/or phone number, to send notifications regarding Bid expiration, promotional content, or any other messages deemed relevant to the User.
Limitation of Responsibility: a. Agora explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the subsequent hiring processes between the User and the Institution. b. The hiring decision, negotiations, and all matters related to the hiring process are exclusively between the User and the Institution.
Data Protection and Privacy: a. Agora commits to ensuring the confidentiality and security of User information, including contact details, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. While Agora strives to implement robust security measures, it is essential to acknowledge that no system is entirely infallible. Users are encouraged to take reasonable precautions and familiarize themselves with the Privacy Policy to understand the measures in place for safeguarding their information.
User Obligations and Prohibited Activities: a. You agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. b. You shall not: i. Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.ii. Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information on the Website.iii.
